A Michigan motor vehicle power of attorney form (form TR-128) is a legal document that allows an individual to appoint an agent to handle certain matters relating to their vehicle, mobile home, or watercraft with the Michigan Department of Motor Vehicles.
The agent is granted the authority to sign documents related to the purchasing, selling, or titling of the motor vehicle on behalf of the owner. This limited power of attorney is restricted to the vehicle described in the form and can only be issued by the owner.
