An Idaho motor vehicle power of attorney (Form ITD 3368) enables a vehicle owner, referred to as the principal, to delegate vehicle registration, titling, or other relevant transactions to an appointed agent or attorney-in-fact. This document is applicable to a single vehicle owned and controlled by the principal.
Recognized by the Idaho Transportation Department (ITD), the form requires the vehicle details, information about the grantor (name, driver’s license number/SSN/EIN, address, and phone number) along with their signature, and about the attorney-in-fact (name and address).
