A Kansas motor vehicle power of attorney form (form TR-41) is a legal document allowing a representative to act on behalf of a car or truck owner to handle the registration and titling in the state with the Division of Motor Vehicles.
It authorizes the representative to transfer the vehicle’s title and apply for title and registration. This POA form is specific to one automobile and requires the make, model, and VIN number.
