A Nebraska subcontractor agreement is a document that establishes the relationship between a contractor and a subcontractor hired to perform a specific task or set of tasks.
In addition to identifying both parties, the agreement provides comprehensive details regarding the subcontractor’s work, the legal obligations of both parties, and the payment details. Once the contractor and subcontractor sign and date the subcontractor agreement, it becomes a legally binding document both parties can refer to in case of a dispute.
