A North Dakota 3-day notice to quit (non-compliance) is a formal notice used when tenants breach their lease terms, requiring them to rectify noncompliance issues such as unreasonable disturbances, unreported pets, unauthorized occupants, property damage, or illegal activities within 3 days or move out within 3 days.
If the breach is not remedied, the landlord may proceed with eviction between 3 and 15 days after the notice. This notice also states that tenants must vacate within three days for these violations without an opportunity to correct them, in accordance with state law.
