A Missouri real estate power of attorney is a legal document that allows a person to appoint an agent to handle real property transactions on their behalf. This includes selling, purchasing, leasing, and managing the property. The agent’s authority is explicitly defined in the power of attorney.
The principal may revoke the document in writing and by delivering the notice to the attorney-in-fact.
