A Minnesota tax power of attorney form, otherwise known as Form REV184i, is a document that allows taxpayers to appoint a representative, such as an attorney or an accountant, to act on their behalf before the Minnesota Department of Revenue.
This form is not only useful for individual taxpayers but also for sole proprietors who may need to delegate tax-related tasks to their representatives. The form has space for listing up to six appointees, and the taxpayer can grant full authority to act on their behalf for all years, taxes, and debt issues.
Alternatively, they can limit their appointee’s responsibilities to specific tasks or periods.
