A South Carolina immediate notice to quit for illegal activity is a legal document demanding a tenant to vacate your property immediately for engaging in illegal behaviors. Unlike the traditional 14-day notice the state allows, the tenant won’t have the option to correct their breach.
If the tenant doesn’t move out according to the notice’s ultimatum, the landlord can begin the eviction process and obtain a court order to facilitate the process.
