A Wisconsin 30-day notice to quit for non-compliance is a legal document explaining a first-time lease violation by a tenant who’s lived on a property for more than one year. If the tenant doesn’t correct the violation within 30 days, they must vacate the property.
However, if the tenant offers to pay for the inflicted damages or makes a reasonable attempt to comply with the notice, the landlord may not force them to move out.
