A Wyoming commercial lease agreement is a contract that specifies the conditions under which a business tenant rents a property and makes regular payments to the owner. It can be applied to any space that will be rented for office, retail, or industrial use. After signing, this document becomes legally enforceable, making both parties accountable for any violations of the agreement.
